Continuous Development
Despite all the ISO certification, the quality staffs and the systematic processes we always challenge our team for further improvement. Our people realize that continuous improvement is an endless process which we build based on customer comment and challenge from certified third parties. To ensure that we build continuous development culture in the company, we set up a lean six sigma team to implement on various lean six sigma projects within the company. In addition, we also encourage our operator at the production floor to suggest any Kaizen ideas through our suggestion scheme which we review on a weekly basis.
